Cathedral in Cologne Germany

There were way too many amzing areas of this 1880 Cathedral to post all the photos so I will keep it to the basics.  However, the detail again was amazing, think "Gothic style" and how in the world did they make such amazing, HUGE, buildings such as this truly is mind blowing!

Different view of the top, there are two points but can only see one unless you are facing south.

Melissa lighting a candle for loved ones.

You can't help but pray here it is a moving experience, very tearful but loved the feeling of the whole place.

This photo doesn't do this justice, 3D sculpted amazing details.

About a 12 foot tall statue

This was about 10 feet tall and 10 feet wide sculpted what appeared to be several scenes of Christ.

One of the many sides of the Cathedral, I was practically laying on the ground to get the top.  Sucks with the angle!  HEY LOOK THERE'S DOUG!

Actually cropped this one of the outside so you could see the detail a little better, sure could use Bailey for the photo editing!  However it is gigantic!

Ummm  I don't know but this shirt will not be worn again after seeing it on me, yikes!
This is far away view of windows.

The stain glass windows are over 6 stories high.  This one is a close up
